Die Kanzlei wurde von Rechtsanwalt Udo Priebe 1984 als Einzelkanzlei mit Sitz in Wuppertal Elberfeld gegründet. Nachdem Rechtsanwalt Priebe über viele Jahre als Einzelanwalt tätig war, trat 2011 Rechtsanwalt Gero Priebe als Anwalt in die Kanzlei seines Vaters ein.
